  • Dr.
    Jack Drummond
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Jack Drummond, VMD has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 50 years. Dr. Jack is a second generation veterinarian who followed in his father’s footsteps. He attended Pennsylvania State University for Animal Science before obtaining his Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris from the University of Pennsylvania College of Veterinary Medicine. He has spent his lengthy career running our hospital and caring for countless cows, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, cats, dogs, and rabbits in our community. Outside of being a veterinarian, Dr. Jack enjoys being involved in his church as a deacon and supporting the community. He also enjoys frequenting the hospital on his days off and giving everyone things to do. Dr. Jack lives with his family, three dogs: Sophie, Willy, and Duke, two cats: Ralph and Cat, and 100 head of sheep.

    Nicole Drummond
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Nicole Drummond, DVM grew up as the daughter of a veterinarian and spent her childhood around horses and showing livestock. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University in 2001. She worked as a Registered Nurse at the Clarion Psych Center until she decided that her true passion was in veterinary medicine over the human medical field. She obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 and completed her clinical year at the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She worked in general practice in Oklahoma for one year before moving back to Pennsylvania. While she treats all animals, Dr. Nicole is passionate about equine medicine, especially treating wounds and lameness issues. Dr. Nicole is also passionate about supporting and encouraging our local 4-H kids with their livestock, dairy, and equine endeavors. Outside of being a veterinarian, Dr. Nicole enjoys barrel racing in rodeos, spending time with friends and family, and gardening. Dr. Nicole has two corgis: Belle and Bull, two horses: Woody and Wyatt, and two cats: Jerry and Gray Kitty.

    Brian Byers
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Brian Byers, VMD knew from the age of 5 that he wanted to be a veterinarian. He spent his spare time in childhood, high school, and college shadowing with his grandfather at Drummond Animal Hospital. He obtained a Bachelor’s of Animal Biology Science from Pennsylvania State University in 2005. He then went on to the University of Pennsylvania College of Veterinary Medicine to earn his Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris. Dr. Brian has been admitted to the Phi Zeta veterinary honors society based on academic merit. Dr. Brian is experienced in both small and large animal medicine, but holds special interest in small animal internal medicine and hospice care. Outside of being a veterinarian, Dr. Brian enjoys amateur woodworking and spending time with his wife, Jessi, and their five children. With his family, Dr. Brian is involved with his church and the Redbank Valley Soccer Association. Dr. Brian has four dogs: Abby, Auggie, Emmie, and Frodo, three cats: Hank, Dorey, and Smoosh, and one spoiled rabbit: Dr. Colosso

    Cecelia Harmon
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Cecelia Harmon, DVM is a lifelong resident of the Redbank Valley area. She has always loved animals and knew from the age of 3 that she was going to become a veterinarian. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Dr. Cecelia then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2023. Dr. Cecelia has been admitted to the Phi Zeta veterinary honors society based on academic merit. Dr. Cecelia has been published in Frontiers Veterinary Journal for a case study on Helicobacter gastritis in a golden retriever. While Dr. Cecelia enjoys seeing any creature with four legs, she has special interest in her feline patients. She is also passionate about senior pets and end of life care. She holds a Cat Friendly Veterinarian and Fear Free certifications. Dr. Cecelia is the author of the “Keeping it Fur Real” column in the Leader-Vindicator, creates informative videos for pet owners and veterinary students on her YouTube Channel, Cecelia Bedelia, and teaches pet care classes. In her spare time, Dr. Cecelia enjoys traveling, watching movies, baking, eating snacks, being involved at her church, and spending time with her sisters. Dr. Cecelia lives locally with her parents, siblings, and her five cats: Miss Lucille McGuillicuddy (Lucy), Jasper, Totoro, Mozart, and Zuzu Petals.
