In order to access your online pet portal, you must have an up to date email address and valid phone number on file with us. You also must use the primary owner's name that is on your pet's chart to log in!
At Drummond Animal Hospital, we have recently transitioned to using Shepherd, an online veterinary records system and medical software. Thanks to Shepherd, you can now access your pets' information and schedule appointments on the go!
Our online pet portal allows you to:
- Schedule or Modify Appointments
- View Your Pet's Vaccine Status
- Print Proof of Vaccines
- Access Rabies Certificates
- Create a Custom Profile Picture for your Pet (that our Staff will be able to see when you come in for visits!)
- View Your Pet's Basic Medical History
- Request Prescription Refills and View Medication History
- View Your Pet's Weight Chart
- and MUCH MORE!
Logging into our online portal is easy! Please use the NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and EMAIL that is on your pet's chart. If you are unsure which name your chart is tied to (for example, married couples) or if you need to tie a valid, updated phone number and email address to your chart, please call our office at 814-275-3222, so that we can update this information for you!
You will need to be able to access your email address for confirmation emails, verification codes, and to schedule an appointment.
